Assistant Pastor
Full-Time
This position furthers the vision, values, and mission of Living Fellowship Church. This role will help to develop, lead, pastor, form, support, and inspire our fellowship to do the holistic work of creating a Home in Christ for All in Alpharetta, GA, and North Fulton County. The role will include sharing in the pastoral duties of shepherding the church, equipping and catalyzing members toward the mission, and engaging our community as an evangelist. The Assistant Pastor will also work with other staff and leaders to help develop and maintain healthy structures, teams, and processes needed to welcome numerical growth and gospel transformation in LF and leverage our fellowship for gospel impact and community renewal.
Next Generation Children’s Director
Part-time (10 - 15 HRS/week)
The Next Generation Ministry Director is responsible for developing and implementing the vision, strategy, and tactical elements of scheduling, activities, and teaching of children at LFC. And coming alongside parents in disciplining their children. The ideal candidate will be characterized by a love for Christ, a passion to see children and families transformed by the gospel, and a support for the vision and values of Living Fellowship Church.
Next Generation Childcare Worker
Hourly (approx. 2 HRS/week)
Next Generation childcare workers are responsible for the supervision and care of children at LFC during worship services and select events. These workers are expected to show a love for children, a desire for them to know more about God and His word, and model appropriate behavior at all times. Childcare workers are to adhere to the policies in place for the safety and protection of all children and volunteers in our Next Generation Ministry.
We are looking for kind hearts and hands to help out in our children's ministry at Living Fellowship Church. Paid helpers would be placed with an experienced adult volunteer in either our nursery (0-3) or preschool (3-5) room. They would be expected to arrive at 9:30am on Sunday mornings, and could expect to leave at 11:45am. Responsibilities would include helping to both set-up the room and help to clean and pack up at the end of class. We have fun and creative volunteers who are a joy to work with! Pay is $15/hr and the schedule is flexible according to your availability. Workers would also be expected to complete a Ministry Safe course. This will take about one hour of your time, and is all done remotely from your computer.
